Master chef and UC Davis distinguished alumnus Martin Yan is returning to the UC Davis campus in 2019 to offer “Chinese food and wine pairing competition.” This special event will feature classic Chinese dishes paired with selected wines recommended by two experts, Dr. Andrew Waterhouse, Executive Director of Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science, and Mr. Mike Dunne, wine columnist for the Sacramento Bee.
Vote for your favorite wines! Guests will select the best food-wine combination in a friendly competition between those offered by our two wine experts.
The menu consists of non-vegetarian dishes.
