Dim sum, "a touch of the heart," is a style of Chinese cuisine prepared as small bite-sized portions of food served in small steamer baskets or on small plates. It is usually served with tea and together forms a brunch. You will enjoy a variety of delicious dim sum and two types of Chinese tea. Open to the public, it requires advance registration and you will pay at the restaurant.
Cost is $15 and will include 8 types of dim sum, 2 types of tea, and service charge.
Transportation to Yue Huang is not provided, please plan accordingly to arrive on time. Dim Sum field trips are very popular, if you register but are unable to attend, please reply to the reminder email you receive a few days before the event.
