Dim sum, "a touch of the heart," is a style of Chinese cuisine prepared as small bite-sized portions of food served in small steamer baskets or on small plates. It is usually served with tea and together forms a brunch. Our very first field trip in winter quarter was wildly popular, so we are offering three trips in spring to Yue Huang Restaurant in Natomas. You will enjoy a variety of delicious dim sum and two types of Chinese tea. Open to the public, it requires advance registration and you will pay at the restaurant.
