Yangzhou fried rice, or Yang Chow fried rice, is a popular stir-fry dish in many Chinese restaurants throughout the world. It's probably the best-known form of fried rice-a confetti of glistening grains with scrambled egg, scallion, carrot, corn, sweet pea, and Chinese ham.

To enable as many as possible to attend, each person can only register for and participate in one cooking workshop per quarter. Thank you for your understanding!
