Bringing Chinese Culture to Campus
The first in the world to focus on Chinese food and beverage culture, the Confucius Institute at UC Davis brings a wide range of programs to the campus and greater communities.
Complementing UC Davis' unique strengths in food science, viticulture and enology, and agriculture, the Confucius Institute promotes understanding of Chinese culture through the lens of food, tea, wine, and various forms of art (calligraphy, dance, drama, film, literature, music, painting).
The public is welcome to all the lectures, workshops, field trips, festivals, and performances.
