About Food Garnishing Workshops:

The workshop consists of a mini-lecture and hands-on practice. The mini-lecture introduces the major styles of Chinese food garnishes and different foods garnishes used on different occasions. With easy-to-follow instructions, you will get hands-on practice, so that you can recreate the magic in your own kitchen.
