Mr. Boyce will address some of the consumer trends that are emerging, particularly in the wake of the austerity campaign three years ago, as we see more buyers basing decisions on taste rather than just status factors. This will include looking at the red / white wine divide, which nation's wines are making gains in the market, and how online buying creates opportunities for countries and brands not yet in the market
